1. Choose a coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing the gift cards. The coordinator will serve as the main contact between your organization and Lowes Foods.
2. Fill out the Club Cash account application or call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056. Completed applications will be processed upon receipt.
3. Start taking orders! Once you have an order of at least $500, you are eligible for the 6% discount.
4. To place your order call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
5. Submit payment for your order. Payment is due upon receipt of the gift cards. New accounts are required to submit payment for the first order prior to receiving the cards. Acceptable forms of payment are check or any major credit card.
6. Receive your gift cards! Your gift card order will be sent to the address specified on the account application via USPS. Verify that your invoice is correct and call 1-800-669-5693, ext. 53056 to have the gift cards activated.
7. Distribute the gift cards!
8. Continue taking orders! Gift cards can be ordered year-round. The more your organization orders, the more they earn!
